To prepare a 5-year Corporate Business Plan with recommendations for the future financing and development of the infrastructure at Macau Airport.

Business Planning

Vector identified requirements for capturing new air service development opportunities, including appropriate infrastructure and recommendations to change CAM's current business approach to managing the Macau Airport. 

Vector  articulated a revised  vision, evaluated strategic options, recommended positioning and objectives over the next 5 years, taking into account CAM's capabilities, and recommended appropriate commercial models for all business activities. 

Vector provided an action plan to implement the strategy.

The corporate business plan recommended appropriate  infrastructure development, whilst considering the impact of forecast  traffic numbers on operational cash flow, consolidation and refocusing the airport’s position to put in place measures to allow successful growth in the medium term.
