To redevelopment of the former ‘Mraz’ site being an inner city manufacturing and industrial site to form a commercial and residential area to be known as ‘Town Center Sofia. To deliver a facility which includes residential, office, commercial/retail and hotel accommodation, as well as conference centre and hotel, leisure including a Multiplex Cinema and health centres, restaurants, car parking, and open public space.

Project and Cost Management Vector has been engaged to provide project management and cost management of the design, the statutory approvals process, the tendering and phased procurement of the project. Vector will manage the construction and interior fit-out, and then the completion and hand-over to the Client.

Vector is providing Vassilevi Bros. with consultants with experience of urban redevelopment.  A key benefit was Vector’s ability in managing the brief and design process to enable the rationalisation of the design solution to achieve the optimum balance between the projected value of the new development against the inherent costs of overcoming restrictive parameters of the old buildings.
