Development & Change Management
In the first phase Vector’s aviation consultants analysed the airports growth potential and developed a land use plan for the airports operational and associated commercial development potential together with surface access infrastructure improvements.
Our socio economic experts forecasted direct and indirect employment numbers together with assessing of the economic catalytic affect of the airport on the region.
In the second phase we facilitated workshops, using structured decision making techniques, to obtain local, regional and national stakeholder alignment on objectives, goals and prioritisation of activities.
