Project and Cost Management Vector is providing project management of the design, the statutory approvals process, the tendering and procurement of the project, the construction and interior fit-out, and the completion and hand-over to the Client.

GTC is one of the biggest developers in Central and Eastern Europe of office space, shopping and entertainment centres and residential housing. Per capital retail space in Bulgaria is low in comparison to other countries in the region, and high demand is predicted for this development. GTC is new to the Bulgarian market and will benefit from the full time local presence in Sofia and Varna of Vector’s experienced team of Consultants throughput the design, procurement and construction phases of this development.
