Project 1: To consolidate various United Utilities’ NORWEB offices staff in the Manchester area. Project 2: To project manage a leisure facility, sponsored by Energi from NORWEB (a United Utilities company), and  undertake negotiations on Grant Aid Funding.

Project Management Project 1: Our management team advised on and monitored a significant move management programme. Our Project Managers were supported by a range of specialist staff covering Project Control; Commercial Management; Design Management; Value and Risk Management. Project 2: Vector carried out extensive planning negotiations and local community communication programmes. Our Project Manager reported to a Project Board, comprising representatives from our client and local community leaders and other stakeholders.  The brief formulation for this project necessitated a robust management system in order to achieve a clear and complete project scope for the Design Contractor. The project was procured by a Design & Build route.

Delivery of projects which released surplus accommodation and achieve value for money improvements for our client’s property portfolio.   This fulfilled the original Brief, resulting in high Client satisfaction and an on-going relationship
