Project Managers - Bulgaria

Currently, Vector is growing its international Project Management business and wishes to recruit two experienced Project Managers to be based in its growing Sofia office.

The profile of the successful people includes having good commercial experience and having managed major real estate projects in at least one major western country. Projects include new build projects throughout Bulgaria, refurbishments, fit-outs and due diligence exercises for developers, investors and purchasers.

He or she will have an appropriate degree, professional qualifications and a minimum of 5 years of post qualification experience. It is a pre-requisite that he or she must be fluent in written and spoken English with demonstrable capability in written reports. It is essential to have good presentation skills and be comfortable interfacing with clients.
