Planner/Project Controller - Bulgaria

Vector has succeeded in delivering significant expansion in Bulgaria over several years. To continue this we wish to engage an experienced Planner/Programme Manager to be based in its dynamic Sofia office. Our success in Bulgaria is a result of combining high calibre British professionals with high calibre Bulgarian professionals.

Reporting to the country senior project manager, this role involves working closely with our clients on major real estate developments throughout the country.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of post graduate experience in planning and/or programme management gained either with a major contractor or a reputable consultant. He or she will hold an appropriate degree and professional qualifications. He or she must be proficient in using most major planning software such as Power Project and Primavera P3.

It is a pre-requisite that he or she must be fluent in spoken and written English, and especially in preparing written reports. It is essential to have good presentation skills and be comfortable interfacing with clients.
