To provide Facilities Management support and reorganisation of general offices in the London area into Friars Bridge Court and Waterloo General Offices.

Facilities Management

Vector supported Railtrack Southern Zone staff with Facilities  Management, including the services of a Senior Facilities Manager, a Project Planner, and office layout and space management services from Vector’s Design Team.

Vector provided assistance to Project Sponsor in planning, managing and space planning the necessary moves as a  Design and Manage package. 

Moves were undertaken in live operational areas on a phased basis, with the use of weekend working. 

Accommodation utilisation was optimised, allowing vacated space to be reallocated within Railtrack and its service providers.

Throughout the planning programme our expertise was beneficial in bringing business acumen to strategic planning and operational expertise to master planning.
