To support the client in the development and implementation of the new national ATC Centre though a dedicated team based on site, providing project management, technical, contractual, and programming skills.

Project Management and Commercial management Vector assisted with the Strategic Project Programme, the preparation of contract documents and deliverables, contractor selection and procurement as well as supporting the Client’s project supervision teams.  In Phases 1 & 2 advice was provided on technical design, package co-ordination, programme, health & safety and contractual claims.  For Phase 3, Vector is advising on matters of completion strategy, contract administration, cost control, and claims management. Vector is liaising with the European Investment Bank and has prepared various reports for it throughout the project.

The Client benefited through experienced and professional advice for this major specialist development project, and an independent view that regularly reported to the European Investment Bank.
