The objective was to improve the utilisation of the of an existing building by designing a change programme to transform the working practices within the office environment.  Increased space flexibility was an essential element of the project. 

Project Management Vector provided a team of consultants and project managers.  The change management team reviewed the existing operations and recommended new working practices. The implementation team provided overall project management, programming, risk and value assessments and commercial management for this headquarters building in west London.

The brief assisted the project to optimise improvement to our clients’ working environment to achieve  best use the available space.  The team succeeded in mixing commercial and project execution ability, in addition to the HR and soft skills that successfully effected cultural change.
