CAM is the owner of Macau International Airport, which it built and manages the airport under a government concession. This concession to build, manage, and operate Macau International Airport was extended by the Macau SAR government in March 2001 for further 25 years, until 2039. Airport development, financing, and marketing are CAM’s main responsibilities. Vector and ASM will review the market, undertake a financial analysis of the airport performance, review the proposed master plan, prepare a marketing strategy and suggest the optimum structure for the business.
This commission will involve the identification of requirements for capturing new air service development opportunities, including additional infrastructure as well as recommendations for changes to CAM's current business approach to managing the Macau Airport overall as a business. We will recommend a corporate business model and structure that will relate to overall strategy and business development objectives, taking into account financing needs and major stakeholder requirements.
