Primarily, to ensure a move which minimised corporate disruption as much as possible, and had minimum impact on the staff. Also, to reduce the current quantity of paper storage and to support the introduction of new Corporate Policies and Standards.

Office Fit-Out and Relocation Vector supervised the space planning and interior design of the new head office for Johnson Controls in Sofia. This involved leading negotiations with landlords and contractor regarding the Fit Out Contract and Supervision of Works, and overall strategic move planning, including the appointment of a move contractor and supervision of the move to ensure minimum disruption to the ongoing Johnson operations.

With Vector came a single point of responsibility for fit out and move management. Dedicated experienced Vector consultants determined an optimum strategy to minimise disruption to ongoing operations, allowing Johnsons Management to concentrate on the human resources impact of the office relocation.
