To deliver the completed project to the Client within budget, on time, and to the exacting standards of both the Holiday Inn Design Manual and the Client Hotel Group Standards.

Project and Commercial Management Vector provided project management of the design, the statutory approvals process, the tendering and procurement of the project, the construction and interior fit-out, and the completion and hand-over to the Client.

Being a UK company, the Client needed a single point of responsibility for the project based full-time in Sofia. Key to the project was ensuring full compliance with the Holiday Inn Brand Standards. The procurement route enabled the Client to retain control over the selection of interior finishes & materials whilst still achieving cost effective solutions through local contractor responsibility.
