To determine British Airways operational and facility requirements  and manage the design & delivery of Staff accommodation areas (£40M) , CIP Lounges (£60M)  and Pax Processing areas (£20m) in  close conjunction with BAA design and construction works  of London Heathrow Terminal 5

Design & Project Management

Under the leadership of Vectors Development Manager our team  provided a full compliment of services throughout the feasibility , design and construction stages of this 30mppa/£5.0bn terminal.

Establishment and approval of BA’s needs required: extensive stakeholder organisation & communication; formulation of product, facility and operational briefs; design team management including baggage handling systems specialists; programme planning and management during construction stages. Input during ORAT phase

Our active promotion of BA/BAA joint working, together with a convergence process, facilitated the incorporation of BA’s requirements.

With T5 being critical to BA’s medium and long term business success they were assured the planning and design of T5 incorporated their key operational and facility requirements.
