Under the leadership of Vectors Development Manager our team  provided a full compliment of services throughout the feasibility , design and construction stages of this 30mppa/£5.0bn terminal.

Establishment and approval of BA’s needs required: extensive stakeholder organisation & communication; formulation of product, facility and operational briefs; design team management including baggage handling systems specialists; programme planning and management during construction stages. Input during ORAT phase

Our active promotion of BA/BAA joint working, together with a convergence process, facilitated the incorporation of BA’s requirements.
