Vector was commissioned to act as principle consultant for the proposed Dream Island leisure and residential development off the coast of Bahrain slightly south of the Sheikh Hamad Causeway and near the Bahrain Marina Club.

Opal commissioned Vector and KPMG to draw upon their understanding and experience in the financing and management of major real estate developments and develop an initial indicative feasibility study.

The Client required an experienced business consultant.  Vector was able to put forward a financial and commercial team combined with the experience of its real estate project management team.

Vector acted as a single point of responsibility for the development process. Vector consultants successfully captured the Client’s needs from the investment and appointed international designers and other advisors.
