Objective
To optimise the existing retail part including refurbishment work to existing units. One existing unit was to be divided to provide a new unit. In addition, re-instatement works were to be carried out to the existing car parks  which had experienced major settlement.
Services
Project Management Vector’s Team have been involved from the outset, working through Stakeholder Liaison, Business Case Development and Approval, Consultant and Contactor procurement, Risk Management and Project Management.  Vector also acted as Contract Administrator. This included the replacement of existing statutory supplies and fire mains, replacement of surface and foul water drainage systems and provision of new entrance features.
Client benefit
The successful reconfiguration of parts of the existing retail park to provide the three additional units comprising 60,000 sq.ft plus associated external works without causing any business disruption to the rest of the trading units on the part.
