Executive Project Management

Reporting to the Investors Management Board, Vector was selected by BLD to provide Executive Project Management of this 32,000m² luxury development. Service provision will include review and strategic advise on the planning, design management, cost management, tendering procurement, statutory approvals, construction and interior fit-out, through to completion and hand-over.

Vector brings to the project an invaluable combination of both international experience and extensive knowledge of the local market. The Client needed exactly this sort of  consultancy for the development, a first of its kind in Bulgaria, in order to maximise effective collaboration between all concerned parties.
