Project Management Vector was selected by Benchmark to provide project management of planning and budgeting, tendering and procurement, the statutory approvals process, construction and interior fit-out, and completion and hand-over to the Client.

The Client needed experienced management of the development process to complement their core skill of investment financing. The fundamental challenge on this project was selection of an optimum procurement route to achieve successful detailing of this landmark design and local approval thereof.  Cost effective solutions to the construction phase were of paramount importance to ensure the financial objectives of the Fund were met.
