Construction of two residential developments, 11,300 m² Balkan Jewel and 17,000 m² Balkan Green within budget and on time, delivered to the Developer in accordance with the parameters defined in their purchase agreements with the individual apartments buyers.

Project and Commercial Management Vector has  been commissioned to provide a full professional service to manage this project, including  development of the design brief, procurement strategy, cost management, and management of the construction process and commissioning.
