To provide accommodate and facilities to meet BMI’s new spring 2006 schedule including additional check in desks, baggage handling, and customer services facilities had to be in operation. To  relocate BMI and to increase capacity resulting from their move from T1 to T3.

Project Management & Move Management Vector was appointed to provide a full project management service including programming and move management. The projects were undertaken simultaneously and without disruption to the existing terminal and airline operations.

Vector’s presence at the airport and its office at Wilmslow enabled resources to be immediately deployed through the MA Consultant Framework Agreement. Vector’s experience with BAA and BA in live operational environments at Heathrow and Stansted proved invaluable in understanding risk and clients needs.
