EDS required its property portfolio to better suit the dynamic nature if its business and the need for where call centre and remote working capabilities had become essential including the creation of rapid-build team spaces to service temporary project teams. The incorporation of ICTs as enabling technologies to facilitate flexible working patterns was an essential driver for this project.

Change & Project Management Vector provided change managers and project managers.  The change team reviewed the existing operations and reengineered work practices. The implementation team provided overall project management, programming, risk and value assessments and commercial management for this headquarters building in west London.
Client benefit
EDS has been able to accommodate a huge increase in staff usage of its HQ and create discrete team spaces as customer projects has demanded.  This involved hot desks, touch down spaces and sophisticated use if ICTs to allow multiple occupancy and rapid changes.
